欢迎使用 LuuNote（鹿派，以下简称“本 App”）。使用本 App 即表示你同意本协议。
一、服务内容
- 本 App 在 iPhone、iPad 和 Apple Watch 上录音，将录音转写成文字，再用你自己配置的大模型整理成纪要，并支持导出。iPad 与 iPhone 为同一 Universal App，现已可通过 TestFlight 安装。
- Mac 版本即将推出（菜单栏听写仍在实验室），以实际上线为准；当前 TestFlight 为 iOS/iPadOS 包，不能在 Mac 上安装。
二、账号
- 你可以使用“通过 Apple 登录”创建账号。请妥善保管你的 Apple 账户。
- 你可以随时在 App 内「设置 → Apple 账户 → 删除账号」删除账号，或发邮件至 user@eggopc.com 申请删除。删除后，我们服务器上的账号信息和全部分享链接会被删除。
三、你自己的 Key 与第三方服务
- 生成纪要需要你填写自己的大模型 API Key；云端转写为可选功能，需要你自己的阿里百炼 Key。
- 云端转写（百炼）Key 与各纪要模型平台的 Key 都保存在设备的钥匙串中；开启 iCloud 同步后经你自己的 iCloud 钥匙串同步（Apple 端到端加密），关闭时只在本机，均不经过我们的服务器。使用这些服务产生的费用由你与相应厂商结算，并受其条款约束。
- App 直接连接你选择的厂商，请求不经过我们的服务器。
四、你的内容
- 录音、转写和纪要归你所有，默认保存在你的设备上，开启 iCloud 同步后保存在你自己的 iCloud 中。
- 只有在你主动创建分享链接时，被分享的纪要才会存储在我们的服务器上；撤销链接或删除账号后即删除。
- 录音前请确认已获得参会者同意，并遵守所在地的法律法规。
五、使用规范
请勿利用本 App 侵犯他人隐私或权益，或从事违法活动。
六、AI 生成内容
转写和纪要由语音识别与大模型自动生成，可能存在错误或遗漏。重要决定请以原始录音为准并自行核对。
七、免责与责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，本 App 按“现状”提供。因第三方服务（Apple、阿里云、大模型厂商）中断或变化造成的影响，我们会尽力协助，但不承担超出法律规定的责任。
八、协议变更
如本协议更新，我们会在此页面公布新版本并更新生效日期。

LuuNote Terms of Service
Welcome to LuuNote (鹿派, "the app"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
- The app records on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, transcribes recordings to text, and turns them into minutes with the AI model you configure, which you can export. iPad shares the same Universal App as iPhone and is available via TestFlight now.
- The Mac version is coming soon (menu-bar dictation remains in Lab) and depends on what actually ships; the current TestFlight build is for iOS/iPadOS and does not install on Mac.
2. Account
- You can create an account with Sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple Account secure.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Apple Account → Delete Account, or by emailing user@eggopc.com. Deletion removes your account information and all share links from our server.
3. Your keys and third-party services
- Generating minutes requires your own AI model API key; optional cloud transcription requires your own Alibaba Cloud Bailian key.
- Keys for cloud transcription (Bailian) and for the AI models that write minutes are stored in the Keychain: synced as iCloud Keychain items (end-to-end encrypted by Apple) when iCloud sync is on, kept only on the device when it is off, and never passed through our servers. Any charges are between you and the provider and are subject to their terms.
- The app connects directly to the provider you choose; requests do not pass through our servers.
4. Your content
- Your recordings, transcripts and minutes belong to you. They stay on your device by default, and in your own iCloud if sync is on.
- Minutes are stored on our server only when you create a share link, and are deleted when you revoke it or delete your account.
- Get consent from participants before recording and follow local laws.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate others' privacy or rights, or for unlawful purposes.
6. AI-generated content
Transcripts and minutes are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Check the original recording before relying on them for important decisions.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is". We will help where we can with disruptions or changes in third-party services (Apple, Alibaba Cloud, AI providers), but accept no liability beyond what the law requires.
8. Changes
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
