LuuNote 鹿派 隐私政策

LuuNote（鹿派）是一款运行在 iPhone、iPad 和 Apple Watch 上的会议纪要 App（iPad 与 iPhone 为同一 Universal App）。我们尽量让你的数据留在你自己的设备和你自己的账户里。本政策说明我们实际是怎么做的。

一、我们收集什么

• 录音与转写文本、纪要：由你在 App 内创建，默认保存在你的设备上；开启 iCloud 同步后保存在你自己的 iCloud 中。
• 账号信息：你使用“通过 Apple 登录”时，我们的服务器会保存用于识别账号所需的信息（例如 Apple 提供的用户标识，以及你选择分享的姓名或邮箱）。
• 分享内容：当你主动创建分享链接时，被分享的纪要内容会存储在我们的服务器上；撤销该链接或删除账号后即被删除。除此之外，纪要、录音和 Key 只保存在你的设备和你自己的 iCloud 中。
• API Key：你自备的云端转写（百炼）Key，以及各纪要模型平台的 Key，都保存在设备的钥匙串（Keychain）中；开启 iCloud 同步后经你自己的 iCloud 钥匙串同步（Apple 端到端加密），关闭时只在本机。鹿派服务器不接收、不存储这些 Key。
• 声纹：用于识别发言人的声音特征，通过你自己的 iCloud 在你的设备间同步。

二、如何处理

• 本机转写（默认）：录音默认在 iPhone 本机完成转写，不会上传。
• 云端转写（需你开启）：开启后，录音会使用你自己的阿里百炼 Key 直接上传到阿里云进行语音识别。
• 生成纪要：纪要由你自己配置的大模型生成。App 直接连接模型厂商（DeepSeek、通义千问、Kimi、智谱、MiniMax、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini 或你自定义的接口），请求不经过我们的服务器。
• 「问问」：你提问时，App 会把相关的会议内容发送给你选择的大模型平台来生成回答。
• 我们的服务器只用于账号和分享功能。
• 我们不出售你的数据，也不投放广告。

三、第三方服务

以下服务由你主动选择或配置，数据在这些服务中的处理受其各自隐私政策约束：

• Apple：通过 Apple 登录、iCloud 同步。
• 阿里云（阿里百炼）：仅在你开启云端转写时使用。
• 大模型厂商：DeepSeek、通义千问、Kimi、智谱、MiniMax、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini 或你自定义的接口。

我们不使用第三方广告或广告追踪 SDK。

四、数据存储

• 录音、转写和纪要：保存在你的设备上；开启 iCloud 同步后存储在你自己的 iCloud 账户中。
• API Key（云端转写与纪要模型）：钥匙串；开启 iCloud 同步时为 iCloud 钥匙串项目（Apple 端到端加密），关闭时仅在本机。鹿派服务器不接收、不存储。
• 账号信息（Apple 用户标识及你选择分享的姓名或邮箱）和你主动创建的分享链接内容：存储在我们的服务器上。

五、你的权利

• 删除数据：你可以随时在 App 内删除录音和纪要；本机数据也会在删除 App 时一并清除；iCloud 中的数据可在 iPhone“设置 › Apple ID › iCloud”中管理。
• 删除账号：在 App 内进入「设置 → Apple 账户 → 删除账号」即可删除。删除时会同时撤销“通过 Apple 登录”的授权，并从我们的服务器删除你的账号及全部分享链接。你也可以发邮件至 user@eggopc.com 申请删除。
• 撤销分享：撤销某个分享链接后，对应内容会从我们的服务器删除。
• 你也可以随时联系我们查询、更正你在我们服务器上的信息。

六、儿童

LuuNote 面向一般用户，并非专为儿童设计。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。如果你认为儿童在未经监护人同意的情况下向我们提供了信息，请联系我们，我们会删除。

七、变更

如本政策更新，我们会在此页面公布新版本并更新生效日期。

LuuNote Privacy Policy

LuuNote (鹿派) is a meeting-notes app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch (iPad shares the same Universal App as iPhone). We try to keep your data on your own devices and in your own accounts. This policy describes what we actually do.

1. What we collect

• Recordings, transcripts and notes: created by you, stored on your device by default, and in your own iCloud if you turn on iCloud sync.
• Account information: when you use Sign in with Apple, our server stores what is needed to identify your account (such as the user identifier provided by Apple and any name or email you choose to share).
• Shared content: when you actively create a share link, the shared minutes are stored on our server and are deleted when you revoke the link or delete your account. Otherwise, minutes, recordings and keys stay only on your device and in your own iCloud.
• API keys: keys you provide for cloud transcription (Bailian) and for the AI models that write minutes all live in your device Keychain. With iCloud sync on they sync as iCloud Keychain items (end-to-end encrypted by Apple); with it off they stay only on the device. LuuNote's servers never receive or store these keys.
• Voiceprints: the voice features used to recognise speakers sync across your devices through your own iCloud.

2. How it is processed

• On-device transcription (default): recordings are transcribed on your iPhone and are not uploaded.
• Cloud transcription (opt-in): if you turn it on, recordings are uploaded directly to Alibaba Cloud for speech recognition using your own Bailian key.
• Notes generation: notes are generated by the AI model you configure. The app connects directly to the provider (DeepSeek, Qwen (Tongyi), Kimi, Zhipu, MiniMax, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or a custom endpoint you specify); requests do not pass through our servers.
• Ask (问问): when you ask a question, the app sends the relevant meeting content to the AI model provider you chose to generate the answer.
• Our server is used only for accounts and sharing.
• We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

3. Third-party services

The following services are used only as you choose or configure them, and their handling of your data is subject to their own privacy policies:

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, iCloud sync.
• Alibaba Cloud (Bailian): only when cloud transcription is on.
• AI model providers: DeepSeek, Qwen (Tongyi), Kimi, Zhipu, MiniMax, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or a custom endpoint you specify.

We do not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.

4. Data storage

• Recordings, transcripts and notes: on your device, and in your own iCloud account if sync is on.
• API keys (cloud transcription and AI models): in the Keychain; as iCloud Keychain items (end-to-end encrypted by Apple) when iCloud sync is on, only on the device when it is off. LuuNote's servers never receive or store them.
• Account information (Apple user ID and any name or email you choose to share) and the content of share links you create: on our server.

5. Your rights

• Delete data: you can delete recordings and notes in the app at any time; local data is also removed when you delete the app; iCloud data can be managed in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › iCloud.
• Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Apple Account → Delete Account. This also revokes the Sign in with Apple authorization and removes your account and all share links from our server. You can also email user@eggopc.com to request deletion.
• Revoke a share: when you revoke a share link, its content is deleted from our server.
• You may contact us at any time to access or correct the information on our server.

6. Children

LuuNote is meant for a general audience and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
